All Alexei Hay rings are standard US sizes. The customer is responsible for choosing their ring size. We highly encourage customers getting sized by a local jeweler in US sizing prior to completing an order.

Many daily activities can affect the color and finish of your enameled jewels.We suggest removing your jewelry when using harsh cleaning products, swimming and before physical activities such as exercise. We also recommend extreme care when layering pieces on top of each other and hitting them against extremely hard services.

Once your piece is ready, which may take up to 10 business days due to the custom fabrication involved, we will notify you and ship your order within two days via FedEx or UPS. A signature will be required upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
